The group plans to acquire 265 Bighas
(to be developed as Anand Lok II) for development in the
Rajasthan region. The cost of the land is estimated to
be Rs.2 Million per Bigha. The sale price is expected
to be Rs.3500 per sq. yard based on the present rate.
It is likely to be in the range of 3500-5000 within the
next 24 months. |
