	The company entered into an agreement with Ansal Township & Project Ltd (a renowned land developer) to develop the land for township.
	The Township Project is expected to be carried out under the banner “Ansals Anand Lok in collaboration with JBJ Group”.
	Booking has not yet started. The pre-launch price is set to be Rs.3000 per sq. yard. The sale price is expected to be in the range of Rs.3000-Rs.5000 per sq. yard in 18 months.
