JBJ acquired an additional 31 Bighas of new
land and added to the project for development. |

The JBJ Group
purchased land from investors and farmers and
started colonizing in the latter half of 2005.
The group entered into an agreement with Ansal
Township & Project Ltd (a renowned land
developer) to develop the land for township.

Project is carried out under the banner “Ansals
Anand Lok in collaboration with JBJ Group”.

Booking started
in 2005 and more than half the plots were sold
at an average rate of Rs.2500 per sq. yard.
Booking rate started at Rs.2000 per sq. yard
and the current prevailing rate is Rs.3400 per
sq. yard. The sale price is expected to hit
Rs.4800 mark in the next 12 months. |
