Ansal Township & Project Ltd in collaboration with
JBJ Group developed beautiful landscaped township spread
over 200 acres on Kalwar Road, which is nearly 4 kms
away from JDA’s Govindpura Kardhani Scheme, adjacent
to Hathod Kardhani Scheme. Strategically located, it
takes not more than 20 mintues to reach Sushant City
from M.I Road, the main road of Jaipur.
It has a splendid pollution free topography; planned
township with a state of the art infrastructure facility
and security system. This township has more than 40%
of the space dedicated to parks, plantation, jogging
track, playing area, parking, and community facilities.
The project comprises of residential homes, community
center, school-cum hostel, temple, and hospital. Sushant
city has plots of 300 sq. yard, 400 sq. yard, 500 sq.
yard, 600 sq. yard, and 800 sq. yard totaling 992 plots
and 17 parks. Individual family members of the group
owned most of the land developed in this project. Ansal
agreed to bear all marketing and ancillary expenses.
The sale price of the plots started at Rs.1200 per sq.
yard and hiked up to Rs.4800 per sq. yard. Recently
JBJ acquired an additional 31 Bighas of new land and
added to the project for development.
The JBJ Group purchased land from investors and farmers
and started colonizing in the latter half of 2005. The
group entered into an agreement with Ansal Township
& Project Ltd (a renowned land developer) to develop
the land for township. The Township Project is carried
out under the banner Ansals Anand Lok in collaboration
with JBJ Group. Booking has already started and half
of the land has been sold at an average rate of Rs.2500
per sq. yard. Booking rate started at Rs.2000 per sq.
yard and the current prevailing rate is Rs.3400 per
sq.yard. The sale price is expected to hit Rs.4800 mark
in the next 12 months. The plots are of 120 sq. yards
and 180 sq. yards totaling 594 plots.
