Neha Leasing and Holding Ltd (NLHL) was promoted in 1983 by the second generation of entrepreneurs of the JBJ Group as a closely held entity, till it went public in 1984. An initial public offering that was hugely over subscribed and extremely successful.Initially, the company started out as a facilitator for providing industrial equipments on lease and was soon diversified into the field of commercial farm- forestry industry and export of Agro Products. Like many firsts, the company is considered to be the pioneer in the field of Eucalyptus plantation in Rajasthan.

The enhanced level of activities in the real estate market in Tier-II cities over the last few years gave NLHL the occasion and foresight to expand its horizons to this sunrise sector. The company entered into collaboration with Ansal Township and Projects Limited for various real estate development projects – Sushant City and Anand Lok to name a few. After the success of mega projects like Sushant City and Anand Lok, NLHL has remodeled and established itself as an ace colonizer in Rajasthan. Not to mention the company has an incessantly growing land bank that it utilizes in developing state of the art townships.Mr.Yogesh Jaju, Mr. D N Jaju and Mr. Anil Kumar Jaju, the directors of the company are at the helm of affairs.
